With over 25 years of experience, Neil has established himself as a trusted advisor to C-suite executives and a strategic partner for small to medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) across the U.S.

Neil’s career spans diverse industries, including retail, healthcare, manufacturing, telecommunications, and startups. Prior to founding Exceptional HR Solutions, Neil held senior HR leadership roles including Vice President of People & Culture, Chief People Officer, and Vice President of Human Resources. This breadth of experience has equipped him with a deep understanding of the intricate relationship between people and business strategy. He possesses a proven track record of aligning these elements to achieve strategic objectives and unlock the full potential of organizations.

As the founder and CEO of Exceptional HR Solutions, founded in 2021, Neil leads a team of experienced HR partners dedicated to providing tailored fractional HR consulting and advisory services. He is passionate about empowering SMEs to build strong HR foundations, optimize their workforce, and drive sustainable growth. Today, Exceptional HR Solutions provides HR services to more than 75 clients and supports over 5,000 employees throughout the United States, working with organizations ranging from 5 to 500 employees. Neil holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration from Texas Lutheran University and an MBA from Amberton University. He has further enhanced his expertise through the Executive Coaching program at the University of Texas at Dallas and holds the prestigious SPHR certification, issued by HRCI. Additionally, he holds the RBLP-T certification through the Resilience-Building Leader Program, Inc.
