About the Opportunity

Exceptional HR Solutions has been retained by United Southwest Fuels to identify two experienced fuel sales professionals ready to make an impact in the Dallas–Fort Worth market. This is a rare opportunity to join a rapidly growing, Fort Worth-based fuel concierge company that is redefining service standards in the industry.

United Southwest Fuels delivers wholesale diesel, off-road diesel, and Diesel Exhaust Fluid (DEF) 24/7 to fleets, construction sites, and facilities across DFW and nationwide. What You’ll Do

This is a hunter/farmer hybrid role. You will prospect and close new commercial accounts while growing and retaining an existing book of business across the DFW metroplex.

  • Identify and pursue new accounts in construction, fleet, facilities management, event management, and power generation
  • Build pipeline through field cold calls, phone prospecting, and professional networking
  • Develop and present tailored proposals and pricing packages
  • Close contracts for bulk diesel delivery, fuel tank rentals, DEF supply, and fuel management services
  • Serve as the primary contact for assigned accounts — conducting site visits and ensuring service excellence
  • Monitor fuel pricing trends and relay market intelligence to clients and leadership
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and deliver weekly pipeline reports
  • Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly revenue and volume targets

What We’re Looking For

Required:

  • 2+ years of outside B2B sales experience with a documented track record of quota attainment
  • Experience selling to construction, fleet, energy, or industrial clients
  • Valid Texas driver’s license with a clean driving record
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  • CRM proficiency and comfort with Microsoft Office or Google Workspace
  • Self-directed with the ability to manage a territory independently

Preferred:

  • Prior experience in fuel, petroleum, lubricants, or energy distribution sales
  • Established contacts in DFW construction, fleet, or facilities sectors
  • Knowledge of diesel fuel markets, rack pricing, and DEF logistics
  • Bilingual English/Spanish — a strong plus
